FAX on Elastix is not working - Elastix Forums :: Open Source ...

Hi

I m new to Elastix and so far i got all things working in Elastix as per my requirement but I m facing issue configuring Virtual FAX numbers.
I m using Elatix 2.3.0 and configured 2 IAX FAX extension. When i try to send fax using "Send FAX" option in elastix from one IAX extension to another it works fine. but when I try to send FAX on DID number assigned to the IAX extension it does not work.

When I dial either of the DID number I can hear the FAX tone.

When sending the FAX i get the message on Elastix webportal as

Sending job 24 on ttyIAX1
Receiving facsimile on ttyIAX2

My PRI lines are terminated on Digium G100 gateway and a SIP trunk is configured between Elastix servers and Digium gateway.

am I missing something when configuring FAX on Elastix ??
